Reina Desserts in the Mediterranean Diet
The Mediterranean Diet is a major dietary guideline and synonymous with healthy and balanced diet.

One serving of dairy equals one cup of milk (240 ml), two yogurts, dairy dessert (custard, flan, rice pudding) or 1 serving of low fat cheese.
It is also characteristic of the abundance of plant foods such as bread, pasta, rice, vegetables, legumes and fruits, the use of olive oil as main source of fat, moderate consumption of fish, eggs, seafood and poultry; consumption of small amounts of red meat and daily intake of wine generally consumed at meals. All this along with regular water consumption and physical exercise will make your diet healthy, balanced and with a contribution of macro and micro nutrients. |
